Terms Off Bookings
Check-in -Check-out: Check-in: 14.00 – Check-out: 12.00 (Earlier depended on availability)
Taxes: Prices include all taxes – Stay tax will be payable from customer. Hotel 1,50 €/Room /day & studios 0,50 € /room/day.
Cleanliness: Maid service every day. Bed linen change every 3 nights. Towels change every 3 nights.
Payments: Deposit of 30% of the total amount with the reservation and payment according to the cancellation policy.
Payments Way: Bank Transfer or Credit or Debit card or PayPal payment. Bank charges for sending the deposit are borne by the sender.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel this reservation up to 21 days before your arrival date, no fees or penalties will be charged except refunds in accordance with each bank’s billing policy. If canceled later, a fee will be charged
20 days before arrival 30% of total reservation.
14 days before arrival 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Departure earlier from booking: In case of departure before the scheduled date of the agreement you will be charged 50% for the following days. In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Covid -19: In the event of a proven Covid-19 coronavirus problem we will defer the arrival date according to the availability of the hotel, and if this is not possible, you will be refunded the deposit according to the billing policy of each bank.
